How it works
Complexity belongs to Replenn. Simplicity belongs to you.
Here is exactly what Replenn does with your Shopify data — and just as importantly, what it deliberately doesn’t do.
- 01
Replenn connects to Shopify
Once installed, Replenn reads your product catalogue, current stock levels and order history directly from Shopify. There is nothing to import, upload or keep in sync yourself — Shopify stays the single source of truth, and Replenn only ever reads from it.
- 02
You set lead times, once
Tell Replenn how long your suppliers typically take. Set one default for your whole store, then override it for specific vendors if some take longer than others. Replenn also respects minimum order quantities and case-pack multiples, so recommendations are numbers you can actually order.
- 03
Stock already on the way counts too
When you mark an order as placed, Replenn factors that incoming stock into every future recommendation. If you only order part of what was suggested, Replenn recalculates the remaining need rather than expecting you to do the maths.
- 04
You get one prioritised list
Replenn combines your sales trends, current stock and lead times into a single list of what needs ordering, sorted by urgency. Every product not on the list is fine — Replenn only ever shows you what needs a decision.
- 05
Why this quantity, explained
Every recommendation comes with a plain-language reason: how fast it is selling, how much cover you have left, and how that compares to how long a new order will take to arrive. Nothing is a black box.
- 06
Replenn keeps watching
As your Shopify data changes, Replenn keeps its recommendations current automatically in the background. A manual refresh is there if you ever want to force an update, but it is a fallback, not something you need to remember to do.
Just as important
What Replenn is not
- Not AI, not a black box. Every recommendation is calculated with clear, consistent logic. The same inputs always produce the same answer — never a guess.
- Not an analytics dashboard. Replenn won’t give you charts to interpret. It gives you a decision.
- Not a purchase-order system. Replenn tells you what to order. Placing the order with your supplier still happens the way it does today.
- Not a Shopify inventory writer. Replenn never changes your Shopify stock levels. Shopify remains the single source of truth.
